Ordering Info/Terms/Returns

Fresh Wreaths

All fresh wreaths are available to order. We make a range of designs and sizes (more photos will be available to view soon). Home delivery of fresh wreaths can be made available (Mainland UK only) at cost price or, free collection from the nursery or, local market (stroud), providing it has been pre-arranged.

Stocks

Any items showing as out of stock are generally made to order at this stage and deliverable stock will be applied to the site as soon as it becomes available. However, it is always worth enquiring regarding stock if there is something that you would like to order immediately.

We have dried wreath stocks which can be ordered on-line now for home delivery. Our dried wreath prices (excluding Lavendar & Statice wreaths) currently Include delivery charges.

Despatch

We endeavour to despatch dried, stock items within 24-48 hours however, this is not always possible and can take up to three days to despatch. The actual delivery time is additional and will depend on the items ordered/delivery service used. Further details will be added soon.

Returns

Fresh wreaths are strictly non-returnable as they are made especially to order. If any other seasonal items are to be returned, it must be arranged using a suitable service at the consumers cost within fourteen days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to obtain a full refund (please note that postage is non-returnable and will be deducted from any given refund).

Damage In Transit

Deliveries must be examined upon immediate receipt. Where a courier is used, If the package is damaged in any way, this must be marked on the delivery note that you sign. Failing to do this will void any claim that we could potentially make on your behalf against the courier. We will not be held responsible for the damage that others have caused, so please make sure a record of any damage is made on the couriers delivery note. Refunds will only be given where a refund from the courier has been made. Clear photographs detailing any damage caused may be required in order to make a claim.
